Along with testing for common illnesses such as influenza and strep, Makana North Shore Urgent Care also offers Respiratory and Throat panels when indicated, which can detect numerous infectious agents such as Bordetella pertussis and Mycoplasma pneumoniae. This advanced testing performed with our on-site BIOFIRE® rapid PCR instrument allows our providers to appropriately diagnose and treat their patients and provide you with the best care possible. 

We also offer UTI testing at our Princeville walk-in clinic. If you’re struggling with abdominal pain, urinary discomfort, or flank pain from a urinary tract infection, visit us as soon as possible. We provide faster test results and cheaper care than more emergency room visits for UTI testing. Many such visits to our urgent care center are even covered by insurance providers!
