Meet Our
Dr. Scott Florell uses his expertise in clinical dermatology and dermatopathology to assist in diagnosing skin diseases. His primary clinical focus is diagnosing and treating skin cancer. He is board certified in anatomic and clinical pathology, dermatology, and dermatopathology.
Dr. Brooks A. Bahr completed his medical degree at the University of Utah and his dermatology residency at the University of Southern California, where he served as chief resident. He later taught at Stanford University as a Clinical Assistant Professor and Clinic Chief for Medical Dermatology.
Allyson Sorensen, PA-C, is a licensed Physician Assistant with nearly a decade of dermatology experience and a background in family practice. She earned her Master of Medical Science from Midwestern University and serves as Director of the APC Dermatology Fellowship at the University of Utah Health.
Dr. Mary Arst is a board-certified dermatologist with expertise in all aspects of medical dermatology. She earned her medical degree from the University of Arizona, completed an internal medicine internship at Harvard Medical School, and finished her dermatology residency at Brown University, where she later served as an Assistant Professor.
Meet Our
Dr. Sabrina Haas is a board-certified Infectious Disease and Internal Medicine specialist with 25 years of experience. Before moving to Kaua‘i in 2023, she served in the Foreign Service, managing complex medical and surgical cases in multiple countries, including Taiwan, Bangladesh, Russia, and South Korea. She previously taught as an Assistant Clinical Professor at Columbia University Medical Center and Lahey Clinic–Tufts. Outside of work, she enjoys swimming with turtles at Anini, paddling in Hanalei, and spending time with her family.
Ashley Ilustre Lizama is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of healthcare experience. She began her nursing career on Kaua‘i and joined Makana North Shore Urgent Care in 2018. After completing Makana’s Nurse Practitioner Residency Program, she now provides compassionate urgent care for patients.
